Important Note:
  • Workshop can be changed at the last moment as per the number of participants.
  • Maximum 02 workshops are allowed, one in the morning and one post-lunch, per delegate.
  • No refund or cancellation after booking.
  • Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation will be charged ₹1000.
  • Workshop Registration is mandatory for Oral and/or Poster Presentation.
 Guidelines For Oral Paper and Poster Presentation:

1. Abstract for PAPER:
a) Upto 300 words only
b) In pdf format only

2. POSTER

a) As power point only
b) Height 120cm x Width 90cm — vertical only

    • You need to register yourself on the online portal for submission of the abstract.
    • For abstract presentation, conference registration is mandatory.
    • Case reports, unless carrying a very novel message, will not be considered for oral presentations.
    • It is mandatory that the presenting author is registered for the conference to be eligible for presentation and for awards.
    • The cut-off date will be 31st October 2026 before 1700 hrs. No abstracts will be considered after this deadline.
    • Abstracts should include:
      • Objectives
      • Methods
      • Results
      • Conclusions
      • Key Words
    • One presenter can submit a maximum of up to 2 (two) paper and/or 2 (two) poster abstracts.
    • Presenter shall be physically present on 28th November 2026.
    • Send your abstract/poster submission to pathconofficial@gmail.com, with the subject line quoting your Pathcon registration number.
    • Your presentation will be granted a serial number.
    • You will be informed by email as a selected presentation after 1st November 2026.
